Which fingerprint devices are supported?
AMP connects directly to ZKTeco biometric devices (e.g. the ZKTeco U260 and similar models) over your local network using the device IP address.
Does the software work offline?
Yes. Everything runs locally on your PC and communicates only with your devices on the local network. No internet connection is required.
How do I connect my devices?
No manual configuration needed. AMP automatically scans your local network, finds your ZKTeco devices and connects to them — at startup and whenever you click Scan.
Can I manage more than one device?
Yes. You can add multiple ZKTeco devices and download attendance from each one — or all of them — with a single click.
How are salaries calculated?
AMP computes worked days, daily-rate earnings, late and early-leave deductions, overtime, bonuses, penalties, advances and allowances to produce an accurate net salary for every employee.
Can I export reports to Excel?
Yes. Every report can be printed directly to A4 and exported to a formatted Excel file with status colors, ready for review and sharing.
Is my data safe?
Your records are stored in a local database on your machine, protected by password-based login and role-based permissions, with full audit logging.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new customer gets a free 15-day trial with all features enabled. Just download and install the app and the trial starts automatically — no payment, no registration and no contact needed.
How do I get a license?
Email us at murabyte.software@gmail.com and we will prepare a quote for your headcount and devices, then activate your license for you.
What are the system requirements?
AMP runs on Windows 10 or later (32-bit or 64-bit). It requires at least 4 GB of RAM and 500 MB of free disk space. No special hardware is needed beyond a network connection to your ZKTeco devices.
What happens after the 15-day trial ends?
The app stops connecting to devices and processing attendance. Your data remains intact. Contact us to activate a license and resume full functionality immediately.
Can I customize attendance rules and shifts?
Yes. AMP supports morning, evening, office and overnight shifts with configurable grace minutes, tiered deduction rules, paid days per month, and custom overtime rates.
